We sell two sets - a set of six and a set of four.
These chairs are rare South African classics, designed and made in the Danish modern style by a cabinet maker who has been central to establishing the post-war modern style in South Africa - D.S. Vorster. The design is economical, to the point of minimalism, yet organic and warm.
The frames are solid sapele and we have recovered the floating seats with a quality duck shell vinyl.
Condition: Very good. The wood was sanded and sealed, and the upholstery is all new.
Dimensions: 68 (d) x 50 (w) x 74 cm (h) and 44 cm seat height.
