Huisraad Modern finds, restores, and sells vintage furniture, and manufactures a small selection of vintage and mid-century style pieces by hand. We believe in preserving the quality and craftsmanship of vintage furniture, so most of our stock is renovated and re-upholstered without changing the character of the piece.
Our workshop and studio are in Parow East, in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town. We're open for viewing and pick-ups from 09:00 to 16:30 on weekdays, and by appointment over weekends. Click here for directions — we're inside a complex, so you'll need to enter through the gate.
Our shop is online, and we deliver locally or arrange quotes from third-party carriers for shipping countrywide. Delivery options will show at checkout.
We work on a weekly cycle, with new inventory released every Friday. To be notified when new pieces go up, subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page.
