This iconic atomic chandelier is a rare find, and very sought after by collectors worldwide. It and can reach prices of up to $5 000.
Italian master designer Gaetano Sciolari turned to this chevron geometric design in the 1970's and with it he broke the popular belief that chrome and brass should not feature in one piece. He was influenced by the brutalist and futuristic styles that were prevelant in the early 70's, and he aimed to combine styles and materials in such a way as to make his chandeliers a unique addition to art deco, mid-century modern, Hollywood regency, minimalist and industrial style interiors.
Condition: Surface wear consistent with age. Some imperfections - look at the pictures. The chandeliers are in working condition but not rewired. They need to be installed by a qualified electrician. The golf ball LED globes are new.
