Six rare dining chairs (no. 10 from the Status Range) with floating seats from South Africa's premier and most well-known mid-century furniture manufacturers. It is made of sapele mahogany and covered with a stain guarded Loomcraft off-white weave and features solid brass hardware detail.
While the original 1958 design is the Danish Model 75 by Arne Hovmand-Olsen, this set manufactured by Frystark. This local heritage makes the chair highly collectible across South Africa today.
Condition: The chairs are fully restored and re-uphosltered.
