A wonderful piece of furniture for a large children's playroom or for a kindergarten. It consists of solid meranti bookshelf in a flat u-shape, with a long bench that doubles as a toy storage chest. The book shelf has shelf-space along the inside of the "u", but also on the outside and back, which allows for this to be used as a room divider too.
The workmanship on the unit is rather rudimentary but very neat. The bench chest has been recovered in a light yellow textile.
Conditions: Very good and sturdy. Restored.
