An authentic Turkish kilim that could be close to 100 years old, or older. The previous owner bought it from an Armenian importer in the 1950's in London, England, and by then it was already a vintage rug.
It is beautiful and delicate, and at this stage probably better suited as a wall drapery than a carpet.
* The rug was inspected and valued by Cape Town's foremost expert.
Condition: Antique and delicate. Wear consistent with age. Have a good look at the pictures.
