Two mid-century chairs from the popular British company, Parker Knoll, which is still trading today. Parker Knoll had a winning recipe in the sixties to combine British sensibility with Danish design. The company employed various Danish designers over the years.
These chairs have fully upholstered backs with loose cushions to sit on, with arms that flare outwards slightly towards the front. The chairs are fully restored - joints have been reset, the wood was sanded and sealed, and the upholstery is all new. They have been recovered in a yellow and green fine flat weave by Hertex.
Dimensions: 64 (w) x 78 (d) x 78 (h) cm. Seat height is 45 cm.
