To be sold as a pair
Two art deco club chairs with carved and curved oak arm rests, and gable backs. They have been refurbished completely: gone are the rusted, broken springs and "klapperhaar" (coir) stuffing. They were professionally rebuilt with new wooden inner frames, webbing and high density foam, while retaining the undisputed shape and character of these special, vintage chairs. The oak arm rests were gently refinished.
The inside seat and back upholstery is lively jacquard brocade, toned down with a soft olive green inside and outside arms and outside backs and accent piping. The chairs are rounded off with 'antique'brass studs around the edges where the fabric meets the wood.
