Priced and to be sold per chair.

Ten revamped 1970's modular slipper chairs. There are two of each colour: yellow, pink, green, turquoise and blue. Make up your set for a living room or waiting room, they can be arranged to your heart's desire.

These sectional units used to be a regular sight in South African homes of the late 60's and 70's, often lining three sides of a sunken lounge, a living room feature that has become en vogue again lately. The buttoned seat and back cushions used to be stitched to the upholstered (mostly brown or beige) frames and the side chairs would have plush arm rests.

We used the frames of the original set, attached new webbing under the firm foam seats so that it has a little bounce that will become more lived-in with time and streamlined the upholstery to make the overall look slicker and modernist.

The original autumn colours are replaced by a combination of five brightly coloured corduroys.

Condition: Like new.

Dimensions: 59 (w) x 79 (d) x 72 cm (h) and 37 cm seat height.
