This is a set of four vintage farm-style kitchen chairs, related in form but not identical: each frame has its own grain and tone, and two of the four are matched as a pair. All share the same solid wood construction, with a panelled backrest, straight tapered legs, and cross stretchers for stability.
The frames have been fully restored and refinished in a new satin varnish, which brings out the natural variation in the wood across the set. The seats have been reupholstered in new burnt orange corduroy.
