A rare pair of easy chairs and an ottoman attributed to Italian architect and designer Claudio Salocchi (1934-2012) for Sormani from his Vivalda series, that has only been in production for in the 60s and 70s. The curved wood frames are rosewood clad. The upholstery is a cinnamon linen-like durable weave.

Sormani was an Italian company known for Space Age and high-tech furniture, that worked with a hand full of accomplished and celebrated designers.

 

Chair dimensions:  64 x 78 x 86 cm (h) and 46 cm seat height 

Footstool dimensions: 52.5 x 59 x 40 cm (h)
