Mid-century Steel and Cane Chair

A woven cane basket chair suspended from a black steel base. 

Condition: Good. The chair was repaired by the Tygerberg Association for the blind and the new strands of cane are lighter than the res. We decided to keep it like that, the effect is beautiful and a testament of the good job they did.

Featured in the pictures is a similar bucket chair for a child.
