This crying boy by Giovanni Bragolin (1911-1981) is one of the estimated 68 portraits he painted in post WWII Venice. Many print reproductions, like this one, made their way throughout Europe in die mid 20th century and with them the myth spread that the Bragolin crying children pictures were cursed.
