The made by Huisraad Ladidah Sofa is a tribute to the elegance of the 1950's modernism. The armrests have stained white birch plywood tops and the tapered legs are turned out of the same wood, which give them a quirky pinstripe appearance.
The seat has a spring base with a foam cover, like this modernist sofa's vintage predecessors. The back is a little thicker than the Scandinavian modern sofas of the mid previous century, and provides a comfortable, firm back support and contributes to the elegant proportions.
It is available in a variety of colours - each fabric to choose from is a high quality, two tint poly-weave that is stain and fade resistant and has a soft texture.
