A long, low and heavy four tier shelf, probably from the 1940’s or 1950’s. It is ideal for an open bistro kitchen or a workshop or rustic shop display. It is a rough piece of furniture from an old storeroom, but it has loads of character.
Condition: Not restored. Pleasing patina. Two slats have been replaced with Oregon pine planks, so they look slightly different. The shelf can carry weight, but it is not perfectly stable. Ideally it should be fixed to a wall. Alternatively a diagonal plank can be fixed to the back to add stability.
