A solid wood top desk of unknown origin is most likely more than 80 years ol. It has interesting features; the cabinet on the left has height adjustable sliders for organising files or paperwork, the front of the desk has a panel that closes it completely and it has an unusual solid wood base with an emphasized curved side stretcher.
The door of the cabinet is damaged: the top layer of the plywood is missing a large splinter. Where it is gone, one can see the rough second layer of the plywood and in stead of trying to remove the rest of the top layer, or replace it with a new, thin veneer, we decided to spray the damaged area red to create a feature out of the fault. .

Condition: Good, repaired and revamped.
