Four bent beech wood and rattan armchairs, designed by Thonet in the 1920's and made by the Ligna factory in Czechoslovakia around the 1940s/50s.
Condition: Good original condition, some of the rattan strands on two of the chairs are broken here and there, the seats have been reinforced with a modern aluminum mesh under the existing rattan; the seats can be sat on but the chairs should be treated as fragile. The frames are sturdy and in good shape. The price reflects the condition of these collectible chairs.
